  • In-View Feedback Pop-Up: Click the feedback icon on any item to open the tab as a pop-up, without leaving the view you are working in.

  • View Feedback as a Table: Take the whole connected set into a feedback table when you want to group, filter and bulk edit.

Feedback Tab Redesigned

The feedback tab has been redesigned from a list of connected feedback into a place to analyze it. The new feedback tab header carries the count of connected requests and the total value of the accounts behind them, so the commercial weight of the item is the first thing you see.

Every card shows the submission date, who posted it, the account and its value, and the status, importance and category chips.

Sort by reorders the list by date, category, importance or account, bringing the newest feedback or the most important request to the top.

The result is that a work item answers the prioritization question on its own.

In-View Feedback Pop-Up

Effective product management requires a unified workspace to oversee data from various channels. Previously, engaging with connected feedback forced a context switch, as users had to open the item panel and exit the active view to find the information they needed.

Therefore, the Feedback tab now opens as an in-view pop-up, so the count, the total account value and every connected request are one click away from wherever you are.

To open it, simply click the feedback icon in the dedicated table column or on the item card.

View Feedback as a Table

Reading the requests is one job. Working through them is another, and the tab is not the place for it, with no grouping, no filtering and no way to edit the feedback items.

View in table opens the item's connected feedback as a feedback table, pre-filtered to exactly that set and sorted the way you had the tab sorted. From there you get the full table experience: group and filter,
