Custom Feedback Fields

Until now, custom fields in feedback were part of the submission form - filled by the person submitting the feedback and visible to anyone with portal access. PMs had no structured way to add internal data to feedback items after collection. Teams needed to mark feedback with internal priority scores, business impact, or review status. They needed to assign ownership to a specific PM, tag items by region or product area, or track triage decisions before deciding what to promote to the roadmap. None of this was possible directly in Craft.io.

With this update, workspace admins can add custom fields directly to feedback items for internal use. Fields support multiple types: selection lists, numbers, text, team members, and formulas. These fields are visible and editable only within the workspace. They never appear in the Feedback Portal. Custom feedback fields can be edited directly from the feedback table or the feedback item panel. In the feedback table, users can also filter, sort, and group by these fields - making it easier to slice and analyze feedback using internal data.

To add custom feedback fields, go to Workspace Settings and open the new Feedback Fields tab.
