Sharing a view gave no indication of whether anyone had opened it. The only way to know was to ask.

Each shared view in Manage shared views now shows an open count in the Status column. Clicking it opens a Stats dialog with two tabs. The Activity log lists one row per open, with the viewer's name and timestamp for signed-in account members. The Line chart shows cumulative opens per day from the date the link was created.

On account-protected views, every viewer is identified by name. On public and password-protected views, signed-in account members are named, and all other opens are counted in a single summary row.

To open the Stats dialog, go to Manage shared views and click the Viewed (N) count in the Status column. It is also accessible from the three-dot menu on any link, under Show stats.
