Release Notes | October 27th, 2026

Written by Zvi Cohen Zion

Key Takeaways

  • User Deactivation: Instantly revoke access for a user who has left - without removing them from spaces or touching their work

  • Account Manager Filters: Filter any Account Manager screen by type, paid seat status, workspace count, and more - across Users, Workspaces, Portals, Portfolios, and MCP Users

User Deactivation

When someone leaves the company, revoking their access meant removing them from every workspace, portal, and portfolio by hand - and space owners couldn't be removed at all without first transferring ownership. Access stayed live until all of that was done.

User deactivation makes it a single action. A deactivated user cannot sign in immediately, stops counting as a paid seat, and keeps their memberships and everything they own intact. Access is cut the moment you deactivate. Deciding what to do with their work can wait. If they return, reactivating them restores their account to exactly the state they left.

To deactivate a user, open the Account Manager, find the user, and select Deactivate from the three-dot menu.

Account Manager Filters

The Account Manager had search and sorting, but no way to filter. Finding everyone with a paid seat, or everyone of a specific type, meant sorting a column and scrolling - with no way to combine conditions.

Every Account Manager screen now has a Filter button: Users, Workspaces, Feedback Portals, Portfolios, and MCP Users. Clicking it opens a menu of the screen's columns. Active filters appear as chips below the search bar. Search works on top of active filters, and column sorting remains available.

Last activity is now also sortable, a common ask from admins who want to find inactive users after filtering.

To filter any Account Manager screen, click Filter next to the search bar and select the values to apply.
