Key Takeaway

Shared Views Table

As teams grow and the number of shared views increases, managing them can become time-consuming and unclear. The new Shared Views Table introduces a clearer and more scalable way to organize, find, and manage shared content.

Admins can now view and control all shared views in the workspace, while editors see only those they've created themselves. Each view can include an editable internal name for easier identification and can be searched or filtered directly in the table. You can also bulk revoke selected views in just a few clicks.

Live Shared Links

Shared views are a primary way to keep stakeholders informed - whether through executive updates, client-facing documentation, roadmaps, or internal communications. They provide ongoing visibility into product progress and are often distributed across multiple channels.

Previously, updating a shared view required generating a new URL. This made it difficult to ensure consistency, as teams had to track where the link had been shared and manually update every instance to avoid misalignment.

Now, shared views can be edited and saved without changing the link. Whether you're adjusting filters, fields, or sorting, the existing URL remains active and always reflects the most current version - ensuring stakeholders are aligned without the need for additional coordination and manual work.

Faster & Flexible Views

Non-limited shared views now load significantly faster - providing a much smoother experience when accessing shared content.

Viewers can also interact with the view by applying additional filters, adding fields, or adjusting sorting to better fit their context. The original filters, however, remain locked - ensuring unshared items are never exposed. This allows teams to share dynamic, explorable views while maintaining full control over what data is visible.

Improved Sharing Experience & Permissions Control

The share panel has been updated to provide a clearer, more intuitive experience when generating shared views, helping to prevent the creation of redundant or duplicate links.

To strengthen governance, only Editors and Admins can now create and manage shared views. Contributors no longer have access to sharing functionality, helping teams ensure that shared content is intentional, relevant, and managed by the appropriate roles.
