Connecting an AI tool to Craft.io used to mean generating an API key and pasting it as part of the OAuth session. 

Now you connect the same way you do with other platforms: click Connect in your AI tool, sign in with your existing Craft.io session if you aren't already, and you're in. No keys to create, copy, or store. Your AI tool can only see and do what you can already do in Craft.io.

Admins control MCP access from Account Manager

MCP access is now tied to the user's Craft.io session, so account admins get a matching account-level control. 

From the Account manager → Account settings, admins can toggle MCP on or off to enable or disable the account’s MCP access.
