Key Takeaways

Add Feedback Comments in the workspace

Until now, feedback discussions happened exclusively in the Feedback Portal. Core app users could see portal comments on a feedback item, but had no way to participate without switching tools.

With this update, users can add, edit, and reply to comments on feedback items directly from the workspace. All comments are unified in a single panel, showing contributions from both the workspace and the Feedback Portal together. Users can mention and reply to other workspace users and administrative portal users.

To add a comment, open any feedback item and navigate to the Comments tab in the side panel. You can also add comments directly from the feedback table.

Internal Notes on Feedback in the workspace

Internal notes have always existed in the Feedback Portal. Until now, workspace users had no way to view or contribute to them without leaving the workspace.

With this update, internal notes are fully accessible from the workspace. Users can view all existing internal notes, add new ones, edit and delete their own, and mention or reply to other workspace users and administrative portal users. Internal notes remain visible only to internal team members and are clearly separated from the public comments feed.

Internal notes appear in the Comments tab in the feedback side panel, and can also be added from the view pop-up. To surface internal notes in the table, add the Internal Notes column to your feedback table view.
