Craft.io's Feedback Portal allows users to add company data for their customers. Until now, the available company data was limited to name, size, and value. The Feedback Portal has now been enhanced to support custom fields for company data. This new functionality gives teams the flexibility to define and manage custom attributes such as “Champion,” “Country,” and more. These fields can be tailored to match organizational preferences, helping users maintain a more structured and relevant view of their customer base within the Feedback Portal.

To add custom company fields, go to the Companies settings screen. From there, you can create new fields by selecting the field type - such as text, selection (a predefined list of options), date or number. Once added, these fields will appear in the company profiles, allowing you to enter and manage relevant data as needed. This setup ensures your team can capture the information that matters most to your workflow.
