Craft.io offers a diverse array of views, each tailored to specific aspects of your work and data. In this release, we aimed to enhance our views & roadmapping sharing capabilities by introducing the new item highlight feature, which improves communication and personalization in each view.

Now, you can enhance your data visualization and streamline communication with the item highlight feature in Table, Kanban, and Swimlane views. This feature is especially useful for communicating with stakeholders by highlighting specific items in roadmaps to effectively convey priorities and updates, and for collaborating with colleagues by sharing views that emphasize urgent items needing immediate attention.

To highlight an item, simply enter the item options, select the "Highlight" action, and choose your desired color. Additionally, you can toggle on the "Present Highlight Legend" to manually enter content and explain what each color represents.
