Craft.io pricing and billing plans include three options: Essential, Pro, and Enterprise. You can use the toggle at the top to choose whether to pay these options either annually or monthly.
- Essential: Suited for small businesses and product teams.
- Pro: This is our most popular plan, suited for medium-sized businesses and product teams.
- Enterprise: Suited for large businesses and product teams.
Want to start using Craft.io with a 14-day free trial instead? Our free trial option will be set up with the Pro plan. Once you finish the trial you can continue with any plan you’d like; your data and integrations will remain intact unless notified otherwise.
Annual plans include a 20% discount, and can be terminated at the end of each contract year. Monthly plans can be terminated at any time, and cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing month. You can switch from the monthly to annual plan at any time, or from one type of plan to another.

Pricing and Billing - FAQs
What happens if after payment I discover that Craft.io is not for me?
We have a 30-day money back guarantee policy. So even after you pay, you still have 30 days to continue checking out Craft.io. In case you discover that this is not quite the right fit for you and your team, you can write to us and get a full refund. We would of course want to hear your feedback about why it wasn't a good fit, so that we can better serve our customers in the future.
Is the price per person or per organization?
For our Pro version, the price is per Product Editor with full editing rights (usually a PM/CEO/VP Product/CPO), and includes unlimited viewers and contributors (usually UX/UI/R&D/Sales/CS/Management).
The way this plan is intended to work is that only users who need full editing rights pay, whereas users who need to review and/or comment on items can do so for free. A different model is our Essential package, in which you pay a lower price per user, but pay for everyone with a login regardless of their usage of the product.
My engineering team needs more permissions than to just review and comment (contributor permission level). What plan would be best for my case?
Contributors, in the PRO package, can view and comment on items in Craft.io. As a product management solution, the main users for Craft.io should be Product Managers. If there are specific roles in your engineering team who write features and act in a role similar to product managers, they should also be users on Craft.io.
We recommend setting up a call, so that we can demonstrate Craft.io while also figuring out the best package plan for your specific usage (or needs). Just choose a time at your convenience and we will be happy to assist.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
We offer two account options. All of our Annual plans include a 20% discount, and can be terminated at the end of each contract year. Our Monthly plans can be terminated at any time. Cancellation for Monthly plans becomes effective at the end of the current billing month.
Can I change plans after I’ve signed up?
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual payments, or from any type of plan to the other. If you need further assistance, you can contact our support team and they will be happy to assist you.
What are the main differences between Essential and Pro plans?
The key differences are the ability to share your work with unlimited viewers through LiveShare links, and invite unlimited contributors to join your product for free - as well as the Idea Portal and Customer Voice integration with SaleForce and ZenDesk. All of these come only with the Pro Plan.
What is the difference between a Contributor and a Viewer?
A contributor is a team member with view-only permissions to any part of the product. Contributors can comment and take part in discussions throughout the product. Viewers use LiveShare links sent to them to access specific items or views.
How do I add a Contributor to my account?
Contributors are invited to a product from the Team Manager. For more about managing your users and teams in Craft.io, look Here
How do I invite Viewers to my product?
Viewers are invited using LiveShare links. For more about sharing your product with LiveShare, look Here
How do I remove users from my account?
You can remove users from your Account Settings. For more information about Account Management, look Here
Will I get a refund when removing users from my account?
Charges of monthly subscriptions will be adjusted on the next monthly payment. Annual subscriptions will be adjusted at the next yearly payment.
Why do I see partial charges when adding new users to my account?
The partial charges cover the days remaining until the end of the month (monthly subscription), or the remaining months until the end of the contract year (annual subscription).
My company has a paid account. Why do I see my account status as Free or Trial Expired?
Our licensing works with one account owner subscribed to Craft.io. All products and users are managed under this owner account while other team members are invited to the products.
