Craft.io pricing and billing plans include three options: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. You can use the toggle at the top to choose whether to pay these options either annually or monthly.
Starter: Suited for small businesses and product teams.
Pro: This is our most popular plan, suited for medium-sized businesses and product teams.
Enterprise: Suited for large businesses and product teams.
Want to start using Craft.io with a 14-day free trial instead? Our free trial option will be set up with the Pro plan (including all Add-ons). Once you finish the trial you can continue with any plan you’d like; your data and integrations will remain intact unless notified otherwise.
Annual plans include a 20% discount and can be terminated at the end of each contract year. Monthly plans can be terminated at any time, and cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing month. You can switch from a monthly to an annual plan at any time, or from one type of plan to another.

Pricing and Billing - FAQs
What happens if after payment I discover that Craft.io is not for me?
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee policy. So even after you pay, you still have 30 days to continue checking out Craft.io. In case you discover that this is not quite the right fit for you and your team, you can write to us and get a full refund. We would of course want to hear your feedback about why it wasn't a good fit so that we can better serve our customers in the future.
Is the price per person or organization?
The price is per Workspace Editor with full editing rights (usually a PM/CEO/VP Product/CPO) and includes unlimited viewers and contributors (usually UX/UI/R&D/Sales/CS/Management).
My engineering team needs more permissions than just review and comment (contributor permission level). What plan would be best for my case?
As a product management solution, the main users for Craft.io should be Product Managers. If there are specific roles in your engineering team that write features and act in a role similar to product managers, they should also be Editor users on Craft.io.
We recommend setting up a call so that we can demonstrate Craft.io while also figuring out the best package plan for your specific usage and needs. Book a meeting here.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
We offer two account options. All of our Annual plans include a 20% discount and can be terminated at the end of each contract year. Our Monthly plans can be terminated at any time. Cancellation for Monthly plans becomes effective at the end of the current billing month. To cancel your account, please reach out to our support team using the in-app support chat or by emailing support@craft.io.
Can I change plans after I’ve signed up?
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual payments, or from any type of plan to the other. If you need further assistance, you can contact our support team and they will be happy to assist you.

How do I add a Contributor to my account?
Contributors are invited to a workspace from the Team Manager. For more about managing your users and teams in Craft.io, look Here
How do I invite Viewers to my product?
Viewers are invited using LiveShare links. For more about sharing your product with LiveShare, look Here
How do I remove users from my account?
You can remove users directly from the Team Manager. If you manage multiple workspaces, the user needs to be removed from all workspaces. If you need assistance, don't hesitate to contact support@craft.io.
Will I get a refund when removing users from my account?
Charges of monthly subscriptions will be adjusted on the next monthly payment. Annual subscriptions will be adjusted at the next yearly payment.
Why do I see partial charges when adding new users to my account?
The partial charges cover the days remaining until the end of the month (monthly subscription), or the remaining months until the end of the contract year (annual subscription).
My company has a paid account. Why do I see my account status as Free or Trial Expired?
Our licensing works with one account owner subscribed to Craft.io. All Workspaces and users are managed under this owner account while other team members are invited to the Workspace.
