Managing products, initiatives, sprints, and releases was fragmented. There was no single place to see all values at once, and editing dates, reordering, or deleting any of them required navigating to a specific view.

With this update, all products, initiatives, sprints, and releases are visible and manageable in a single dedicated dialog. Users can add, edit, reorder, adjust dates, and delete - all without leaving their current context. Having everything in one place eliminates the need to hunt across views to manage basic workspace configuration.

To open the management dialog, go to Workspace Settings → System Fields and click the edit icon next to the relevant field. Alternatively, in any table view, click the column header of the relevant field and select Manage field.
