Manage Your Portfolio's Workspaces

Release Notes | September 9th, 2026

Written by Zvi Cohen Zion

Key Takeaways

  • Connect and Disconnect Workspaces: Portfolio admins can see every workspace in their portfolio and connect an existing one, create a new one, or disconnect one themselves.

  • Set Workspace Order and Color: Control the order workspaces appear in and the color each one carries, so grouping and swimlanes across the portfolio match how the organization actually reads its structure.

Connect and Disconnect Workspaces

Until now, users couldn’t connect a workspace to a portfolio or take one out on their own. Portfolio settings now has a General page listing every workspace connected to the portfolio.

+ Add workspace button opens a panel where users can connect an existing workspace that is not already part of another portfolio, or create a brand-new workspace that is connected on creation to the portfolio.

Additionally, users can Disconnect workspace from the three-dot menu on any connected workspace.

Set Workspace Order and Color

Every portfolio already had an order for its workspaces and a color per workspace - the order set how they stacked when grouping by workspace, the color the default when swimlaning by it - and neither was editable in the app.

Both now live on the same General page: portfolio admins reorder workspaces by dragging the handle, and set a workspace's color from its 3-dots menu. That menu also holds rename and change image, for workspaces they administer.
