Statuses with Completion Rates: Map each workflow status to a custom completion percentage, giving dashboards and reports a more accurate picture of where work actually stands
Statuses with Completion Rates
Until now, progress in Craft.io was binary. A work item was either in progress (0%) or done (100%). Teams with multi-stage workflows had no way to represent partial progress - a status like "In Design" or "Waiting for QA" looked the same as any other in-progress state in dashboards and reports.
With this update, admins can assign a custom completion percentage to each workflow status. For example: "In Design" = 20%, "Dev in Progress" = 50%, "Dev Done" = 80%, "Completed" = 100%. These percentages are reflected wherever progress is displayed, giving teams a more accurate and granular view of how much work is actually complete across initiatives and epics.
To configure completion rates, go to Workspace Settings, open Workflow Statuses, and assign a percentage to each status.
