Now, when promoting a feedback item, custom fields will be populated with values as long as the same custom fields and values exist in both the feedback portal and the designated workspace. If the value does not exist, it will be created automatically. If the fields do not match, they will not be populated in the designated workspace, but the item’s description will remain unchanged.
