Connecting your Team application to the Craft.io Feedback Portal in Microsoft Teams is simple – add the Craft.io app to MS Teams through the SETUP button in your Feedback Portal integration page or by locating it in the Microsoft Teams marketplace.

After adding the app, head to the CONNECTIONS tab of the app to link it with your desired Craft.io portals (portal owner access required). Just follow the intuitive instructions provided by the app.

Once connected, your colleagues can effortlessly push feedback from Teams to the designated portal.

The integration seamlessly supports connecting multiple feedback portals to the same organization, allowing users the flexibility to choose and push their feedback to the portal that best suits their needs.

Tailor the Craft.io app integration to suit your specific needs within Microsoft Teams. Users have the autonomy to decide how the app is added to their Teams entities. Whether it's associating it with specific teams, limiting it to individual users, connecting it to particular chats, or including it in designated meetings, this flexibility ensures a personalized integration experience that aligns seamlessly with your collaboration preferences.

With just two clicks, you can share feedback, including new requests, concerns, customer delight, and summaries of customer calls, directly from MS Teams to Craft.io. This simplifies the process of capturing valuable input from team members and stakeholders who may not always be within the Craft.io platform. Also, you will receive a confirmation message in Teams when they submit feedback. This message includes essential details about the feedback submission and a direct link to access and track your feedback in the Craft.io Feedback Portal.

The integration caters to both registered and non-registered users of the Craft.io Feedback Portal. This ensures that everyone within your organization, regardless of their Craft.io access, can contribute to the feedback process effortlessly.
