In product management, prototype and charts play a vital role in the product process. Recently, we added integrations with Figma, Invision, Adobe XD, Miro, and Axure which lets users add links and embed the designs iframes. In this release, we are delighted to introduce Lucidchart integration, when adding a public link, an iframe will be embedded below, allowing you to preview your charts directly within Craft.io. For a better visual experience, the iframe can be expanded from the item itself and the table view for a better visual experience, eliminating the need to leave the platform, and providing a more seamless and efficient process.

Craft.io workspace settings provide a variety of workspace configurations such as the data model, terminology, custom fields, status automation rules and more. Previously, only Admins had access to the workspace settings, leaving other team members in the dark. However, we recognize the importance of fostering a transparent and collaborative environment. As a result, we have expanded access to the workspace settings, allowing all team members to explore and gain a deeper understanding of the workspace's structure and configuration. Although team members can now access these settings, it's important to note that they can view them in a read-only mode without the ability to make any changes.

One of the most satisfying experiences in Craft.io is closing an item and moving it to the "Close" status category, indicating that its work is done and it is successfully out of the workflow. With this release, we have added a special pleasurable moment to celebrate and acknowledge the closure of items in Craft.io. Now, when changing item status to “Closed” a celebratory confetti animation will appear to acknowledge your achievement.
