Craft.io offers a powerful presentation mode feature that enables product managers to present their views in a clean and classic manner. In our latest release, we have further enhanced the presentation capabilities, particularly for working items, sprints, and releases. When presenting a view in presentation mode and opening an item, sprint, or release, unnecessary information is now eliminated, and the content is displayed in a clean and visually appealing presentation dialog.

Furthermore, accessing the presentation mode directly from the item, sprint, and release panels themselves has been made effortless. Simply click on the presentation icon located in the top right corner of the item/sprint/release panel to enter the item's "presentation mode." Exiting the presentation mode is as simple as clicking on the icon again.

Present your work whether it's an item, sprint, or release. Take advantage of Craft.io's enhanced presentation mode to engage your audience and drive meaningful conversations about your product.

Expand mode for Strategic inputs & Spec editor items

Craft.io empowers users to effectively document strategic inputs and product requirements, fostering collaboration and shaping the product vision. We are thrilled to announce our latest release, which introduces enhanced presentation capabilities. With the expand mode for strategic inputs and spec editor items, you can now effortlessly showcase your work in a visually appealing manner and edit the items in a suitable & convenient way.

To access the expand mode, simply click on the expand mode icon located next to the "all properties" controller below the item description. This action opens a clean and visually appealing presentation dialog, perfect for presenting strategic inputs and spec editor items during meetings and presentations.

This new feature significantly enhances the effectiveness, enabling you to present Lean Kanban boards, SWOT analyses, and other relevant information in a format that is both presentable and engaging.

Upgrade to the latest release of Craft.io and take advantage of these enhanced presentation capabilities, empowering you to showcase your strategic inputs and spec editor items seamlessly.

Share view in presentation mode

Craft.io is known for allowing you to effortlessly share any view with internal or external collaborators. Whether it's your product roadmap, feature backlog, you can easily send a link and collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities and drive decision-making.

Now, with our improved presentation capabilities, the shared views become even more impactful and visually appealing, it's the perfect way to showcase your work and collaborate.

  • Sharing a view using limited share settings, the shared view will automatically be presented in “presentation mode” with a clean and clutter-free display for the view and its items. This means receivers can enjoy a focused and immersive viewing experience, devoid of controllers, filters, or items that are not part of the view.

  • Sharing a view without limitation settings, recipients will have the option to switch to “presentation mode” at their convenience. This option empowers them to enjoy a cleaner display, eliminating distractions and allowing them to focus on the key elements of your shared view. Open the shared view link and click the "Presentation mode" icon to enter the presentation mode. Alternatively, click the "x" on the far right to exit the presentation mode.
