Feedback Portal Reports

Feedback is the bread and butter of every product manager. With clear feedback from the customers (or colleagues), product managers can understand if the features they build are right for their customers, if they address their pain points, and if they are tackling the right problems. In order to better understand the received feedback, we have added to the Feedback Portal a dashboard that includes various charts and reports, analyzing the feedback items from different angles and perspectives. For example, now one can see which are the top categories that receive feedback & from which customers they mostly arrive. In addition, the reports dashboard allows you to track the progress of the processing of the feedback by your team - see the progress of the statuses, and how many of them were eventually connected to an Epic or Story.

Import Feedback from a CSV File

If your feedback is collected elsewhere and you want to use to centralize it, or you want to add to historical feedback that was collected, now you can upload existing feedback items to the Feedback Portal. We have added the option to import feedback items to your Feedback Portal from a CSV file. From the Settings menu, simply upload your CSV file with our new import tool, and your feedback items will be added to the Feedback Portal.
