In Craft.io, you can share any part of your workspace with users who are not signed in to Craft.io. Every change made in Craft.io will be reflected in the links that you share, keeping everyone up-to-date with your latest work. When sharing a view or an item, you might want to limit what details are exposed. To facilitate this, we are introducing the limited share option. Views shared this way will display only what was displayed when the view was created while hiding filters and item properties.

Promoting feedback to an item in Craft.io is a great way to convert ideas and requests of customers and stakeholders into work items in your backlog. You can now adjust the description of the feedback when promoting it to an item. This helps to better reflect the requirement or the user story, all the while keeping the original feedback intact in the portal.

Mentioning a user in Feedback item comments is a great way to alert the relevant people. You can @mention people from your company, your team or the feedback provider.

We've seen a lot of value in using mentions in internal feedback comments, and now we're extending the functionality to general comments as well.
