Craft.io supports Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing organizations to securely access the platform using their existing identity provider. With SSO enabled, users can log in to Craft.io using the same credentials they use for other company applications.

This simplifies the login experience and allows organizations to manage authentication through a centralized system.

What is Single Sign-On?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that allows users to access multiple applications using a single set of login credentials.

A common example is “Sign in with Google.” Instead of creating separate credentials for every tool, users authenticate once through their identity provider and can then access connected applications.

Common SSO providers include:

  • Okta

  • OneLogin

  • Azure Active Directory

  • Google Workspace

These services allow organizations to manage user access, authentication policies, and security requirements across all cloud applications.

Using SSO with Craft.io

Craft.io supports integration with your organization’s SSO provider. Once configured, users can log in directly from the Craft.io login page using their work email address, without needing a separate Craft.io password.

Important: SSO must be configured by Craft.io Customer Success. Your IT or admin team should engage with Craft.io to set up the integration before it can be used.

Logging in with SSO

To log in to Craft.io using SSO:

  1. Go to the Craft.io login page.

  2. Select Log in with SSO at the bottom of the window.

  3. Enter your work email address.

  4. Click Log in.

Craft.io will detect your organization’s SSO configuration and redirect you to your identity provider if necessary. If you are not already logged in to your identity provider, you will be prompted to authenticate there first. Once authentication is successful, you are redirected back to Craft.io and logged in automatically.
