Improved User Visibility in the Feedback Portal
Managing users in the Feedback Portal is now more transparent and efficient with the introduction of a new settings space that provides a clear overview of all user types. The Feedback Portal consists of three types of users: administrative users, who review and triage feedback while managing the portal; public portal users, who sign up independently and submit feedback in Public Portals; and company users, who are invited to the portal to provide feedback and are associated with a specific company, customer, or group.
With this update, you can now easily access a dedicated list of public portal users, showing all individuals who have signed up independently. Additionally, company user visibility has been significantly improved—instead of viewing users on a per-company basis, you can now see all company users in a unified list across all companies. To further enhance user insights, each user profile now displays the total number of feedback items they have submitted, along with a direct link to view all their contributions. These enhancements provide a more comprehensive and structured approach to managing user engagement within the Feedback Portal.
Enhanced User Management Capabilities
User management is now more flexible with new capabilities. You can seamlessly move a company user between companies with a single click, convert a public portal user into a company user, and promote any user to an administrative role. These enhancements make it easier to manage user roles and ensure accurate portal access.
Improved Admin UX for User Management
Managing user lists is now more intuitive with an enhanced interface. A sticky header ensures column labels remain visible while scrolling, and a new search box allows quick access to specific users, improving efficiency when navigating large datasets.
