We are pleased to announce a substantial improvement in views management. Until this release, users could create workspace views within four default categories: Backlog, Planning, Roadmap, and Delivery. With this update, users can now modify these existing view categories and add additional custom categories. As the left panel navigation reflects the workflow of the product team, this enhancement allows workspaces to more accurately represent the unique workflows of each organization and helps align teams by providing a shared, intuitive structure. In addition, users can now add view categories to their personal views, enabling them to better organize their personal views.

To add a new category, click on the "+ Category" button in the left navigation panel. Users can also rename existing categories and change their order to suit their needs.

Previously, workspaces and portfolios were limited to a single OKR view. With this update, users can save an unlimited number of OKR views as either personal or workspace views. This flexibility allows teams to create tailored OKR views, such as one for each team or department, to better track progress and alignment.

Together with customized views, these new capabilities unlock powerful possibilities. For example, you can now add a custom category for OKRs and organize multiple saved OKR views within it.
